You owe nothing. We'll send one reminder email a week later. The prototype is free whether or not you go ahead.
Nothing for the prototype. We build it from your current website and the details on your public listings, and use labeled placeholder photos until you send your own. If you go ahead, we'll ask for your menu, any photos you'd like to use, the links to your ordering and reservation systems, a staff login for those systems (not your own password), and access to your domain if you already have one. Once we have those and your first payment, we aim to have the finished site ready within 2 weeks.
Yes. You update prices, specials and hours from a simple spreadsheet on your phone, and the site changes within minutes. On the Monthly plan, you can also email us bigger changes, like a new seasonal menu, and we'll make them within one business day. That covers up to 2 hours of work a month, and we quote anything more before doing it.
Yes, anytime, from the billing link in your invoices and monthly reports, or by emailing us. The plan ends at the end of the month you've already paid for. To keep your site, pay a one-time $2,000 and we'll move it into your name. Otherwise we take the site down. Your domain stays yours either way.
On the Own it outright plan, you do, from launch. On the Monthly plan, we host it for you, and you can buy it anytime for a one-time $2,000, however many monthly payments you've made.
We focus on restaurants, cafés, bakeries and bars. If you run another kind of local business, send the form anyway and we'll tell you if we're a good fit.
